Through over 20 years, working as a professor consultant, trainer, and public speaker. Dr. Haikal served a large number of companies including  Coca Cala, Xerox- KSA, HP-KSA, Olayan Group, TNT, General Motors, Abo- Dawood Group, BNP Paribas Bank, Olympic Group, Pharco Pharmaceuticals, Seasons ltd., Rocco Group, Abd- General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), SABIC, Dubai Tourism (DTCM), Dubai Police, STC, Credit one Kuwait, Central Bank of Kuwait, AL-Azaby, Egyptair, SAVOLA, Kuwaiti House of Finance, ICON, Egyptian Marine Forces, Ernst & Young (ey) and others.
He contributed to the gamification business by inviting 7 business simulations to support L&D in diversified business fields; including financial management; project management; HR and others.
Dr. Haikal holds a Ph.D. In financial economics, he served in different universities including Arab Academy, Swiss School of Management, University of Technology and Business, London School of Economics, and others.
