While most candidates lack an effective way to either assess or pursue critical thinking skills this course summarizes the critical thinking layers that form a deep process from simple thinking to Generating new solutions and solving problems. The critical thinking purpose is an escalating skill that starts with simple execution and ends with generating new scenarios for complex situations. This course is intended for those who are interested in gaining a basic sense of thinking and developing their cognitive abilities, to better their professional lives as individuals, and to help them be better and stronger employees, team members, and leaders. This course does not provide in-depth analyses regarding critical thinking or creative thinking. Rather, the course allows leaders to discover the foundations they need to develop their teams to pursue in critical thinking and push them forward towards more in-depth decisions and strategic outputs.
